These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mBIKE’s online store. By visiting our website, you understand, accept and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering.
Warranty
Warranty claim may be considered by mBIKE within 28 Days from purchase day (unless otherwise stated) if the warranty condition is met.
Any return of faulty items is to our base in Christchurch and any freight cost will be paid by Customers.
Warranty only covers manufacture defects unless specified for certain items. Warranty is void if damages/failure due to water, accident, misuse & abuse, racing, lack of maintenance, improper fuels and lubricants, alteration and modification, improper installation or tune-up, etc.
Returns/Credit
Within 14 days from purchase day, parts will be accepted for credit if they have not been fitted and returned in original re-saleable packages. Any freight cost will be paid by Customers. 20% restocking fee may apply.
Processing Time and Delivery
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 48 hours. Most in-stock items will be dispatched within two working day after items have been packaged. Orders can be cancelled before dispatching. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
We can not be held responsible for any delays occurring from our couriers. It's also important that you provide as much delivery address information as you can to avoid any delays. You will receive a tracking email if applicable, and you can always contact us if you need any additional information about your delivery. We are not responsible for missed delivery and reserve the right to charge you an additional shipping cost if the parcel has been returned to us. If we receive no communication from you within 14 days of delivery, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
For out-of-stock/special order, no guarantee for shipping time is given.
List Price
All prices listed on our website represent the prices offered at the time of display, and sale prices are always subject to change. We will not accept any requests for compensation nor discounts caused by these price adjustments.
Availability
We list availability information for our products on each individual product as accurate as possible on our website. As we process your order, we will inform you by email or phone if any products you have ordered turn out to be unavailable.

We would provide information for our product as accurately as possible. However, the material provided on our website is for general information only and we are not responsible if the information is not accurate, complete or current.
Limitation of Liability
mBIKE will not be held liable for any injury, loss claim, or any direct, indirect,incidental, consequential damages of any kind, caused by anyone operating our product.
